Acceptance
flexwarp.com and its subdomains are personal projects operated by Eishem Naik. By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
Access is limited to a small allowlist of users approved by the site owner. Sign-in is via Google OAuth; sign-in attempts from non-allowlisted accounts will be denied. The owner may add or remove allowlisted users at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
- Use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass authentication, scrape or hammer the APIs, or abuse the upstream services (Spotify, Giphy, Klipy, etc.) the apps depend on.
- Do not upload content that violates the upstream services' terms, is illegal, or infringes any third party's rights.
Third-party services
The apps integrate with third-party APIs including Google, Spotify, Giphy, and Klipy. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms. The site owner is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of upstream services.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The site owner makes no guarantees about availability, correctness, data retention, or fitness for any particular purpose. The site may be modified, discontinued, or wiped at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site or its apps.
Changes
These terms may change at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
